The bathroom at Museum Way has been finished for a while but I have been busy with other projects so unable to post pictures until now. This is the final progression.
This is a job that stumbled upon me that I am loving being a part of. I am working with great people for great people, you can't ask for more than that. It is a two story carriage house in North Oakland that will be a backyard office. We have worked one side at a time to keep it in tact as we build up strength and weatherproof the structure. We are sheathing,Tyveking and re siding it. The new siding is bare redwood for an aged rustic look and the doors and windows are all reclaimed. These photos are the before and progress.
This was a landscape project that started out as just dirt we did in the Oakland Hills, I call it the Pixar Project because it reminds me of a Pixar movie. We built the two decks, put down the sod and flagstone path and did some mortared stonework at the steps. The deck we built out of Trex Brazilia Cayenne color. It was a really fun project for great clients.
This was a full gut to the studs remodel. The before version was all pink tile and fixtures. The counter is honed purple slate slab and the floor rough purple slate tiles. The shower tiles are glass mosaic.
This is one of those kitchen upgrades rather than a full remodel. We went with white cabinets and brazilian black honed slate slab on the countertops with under mount stainless sink. This look kept with the feel of the old house.
